Top Accolade For High Flying French Property Lawyer


A fluent French-speaking lawyer who specialises in the legal issues surrounding buying and selling property in France has been made a partner of leading regional Kent firm Furley Page.

Sarah Bogard, who heads up the firms French property services, is also a chartered tax adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Thirty two year old Sarah, of Chestfield, Kent, advises clients on all aspects of buying and selling properties in France as well as dealing with French Wills and succession planning, and advising on the administration of French estates. She liaises with French estate agents and notaires on behalf of clients, her French language skills helping to take away the strain and risk of dealing with a foreign language and documents.

Sarah has extensive experience in tax and estate planning and regularly gives seminars on all aspects of making Wills and the impact of new legislation affecting personal taxes.
